- Head Office & Saradhi Center of Excellence is the first of the several educational and professional training projects targeted to be implem
ented by the Educational & Charitable Trust of Saradhi Kuwait (‘Saradhi Trust’ for short) [viz., one project in each Taluk of Kerala is the broader objective].
- Head Office & Saradhi Center of Excellence is intended to be a state-of-the-art office-cum-academic complex dedicated for professional and career advancement of dependents of Saradhi members and the budding youngsters of society.
- Professional guidance and training is one of the main objectives of Saradhi Center of Excellence.
- Saradhi Center of Excellence is aiming to provide the requisite finishing and carrier guidance / coaching facilities and to enable access to suitable short-term professional training modules in selected professional and technical streams for the target group of youngsters to ensure their upliftment and career advancement.
- The proposed Head Office & Saradhi Center of Excellence is intended to facilitate comprehensive reference meterials, academic resources and an ideal environment and ambiance for job oriented learning and personality development with career objectives.
Project Capital & Demography
- One Acre of plain-land is identified in central Kerala in Kottayam District in close proximity to rail-road communication links to ensure access to all members of Saradhi Trust. Negotiations are already on for its purchase.
- Estimated aggregate cost (including land value and construction cost) for the identified plot and the proposed Head Office & Saradhi Center of Excellence will be 75-85 lakhs.
- Operational cost of academic resources for Saradhi Center of Excellence are not included in the above projection.
Formation of Project-Fund /Resource Mobilisation: A Modes-Operandi
- Massive time-bound membership campaign viz., Registration of all remaining members of Saradhi-Kuwait as members of Saradhi Trust;
- Voluntary Contribution from members and well-wishers (Cheque drawn in the name of "Educational and Charitable Trust of Saradhi Kuwait" - for the time-being in Indian Rupees);
- Sizeable and significant donation which implies INR 1 lakh and more.
- Organizing Paid programme for cultural-music-entertainments of leading celebrities.
- Transfer of funds from Saradhi Kuwait as decided by Saradhi Kuwait Executive Committee.
